Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of IntroSpace, operated by Thomji Group LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. By accessing or using IntroSpace, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use IntroSpace.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at admin@nexaur-ai.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to:

• Create a false or misleading profile or impersonate another person.
• Upload resumes or content that does not belong to you.
• Use the platform to spam, harass, or abuse other users.
• Give or solicit inauthentic Vouches (e.g. paid, incentivized, or fake endorsements).
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the platform.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

You own the content you upload to IntroSpace — your resume, profile information, and messages. By uploading content, you grant Thomji Group LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content for the purpose of operating the platform.

We process resume content using AI to generate your profile. You can edit or delete your profile at any time.

The Vouch system is intended for authentic professional endorsements only. Vouches must reflect genuine first-hand experience with the person being vouched.

• You may only give one Vouch per person.
• Incentivized, paid, or fake Vouches are a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension.
• We reserve the right to remove Vouches that violate these terms.

IntroSpace connects candidates with job opportunities posted by employers on IntroCall. We do not guarantee employment or interview outcomes. Job listings are provided by third-party employers and we are not responsible for their accuracy or hiring decisions.

The IntroSpace platform, branding, design, and software are owned by Thomji Group LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

IntroSpace is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that job opportunities will result in employment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thomji Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of IntroSpace.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
