IntroSpace is operated by Thomji Group LLC, a Delaware company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use IntroSpace at introspace.nexaur-ai.com.

• Account information: Name, email address, and password when you sign up.
• Resume data: When you upload your resume, we extract and store structured profile data including work experience, education, and skills.
• Job search activity: Jobs you view, apply to, and search terms you use.
• Profile content: Any information you add to your public profile including your bio, skills, and visibility preferences.
• Social activity: Follow connections and Vouches you give or receive.
• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited for security and analytics purposes.

• To create and manage your candidate profile.
• To match your profile with relevant job opportunities.
• To send you job application status updates and platform notifications.
• To process your resume using AI (Google Gemini) for structured profile generation.
• To enable employers to find and review your public profile (only sections you mark as public).
• To improve the platform and detect fraud or abuse.

When you upload your resume, it is stored securely in Cloudflare R2 (encrypted at rest). We use Google Gemini AI to parse your resume and extract structured data — work experience, skills, education, and summary — to auto-generate your profile.

Your resume is processed once at upload. We do not share raw resume files with employers. Employers only see the structured profile sections you have marked as public.

You control what is visible on your public profile. Each section (Summary, Experience, Skills, Education) has an individual visibility toggle. Sections marked private are never shown to other users or employers.

Your public profile URL (introspace.nexaur-ai.com/p/[username]) is accessible to anyone with the link unless you deactivate your profile.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only with:

• Employers: Only your public profile sections when you apply or are discovered.
• Service providers: Infrastructure partners (Vercel, Neon, Cloudflare R2, Resend) who process data on our behalf under strict agreements.
• Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law.

Resume files are deleted from storage when you upload a new resume or delete your account.

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data.
• Correction: Update incorrect information via your profile settings.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Portability: Request your profile data in a portable format.
